Getting started
Can I use WordPress?
Yes. Any SMTP plugin with mail.l9s.io, port 587, and your portal credentials.
Is this for marketing mail?
No. It is for transactional and application mail. Bulk marketing is not allowed.
How long does setup take?
DNS plus SMTP settings is usually done in a few minutes once you have the records.
Technical
Which ports do you support?
587 with STARTTLS and 465 with direct TLS.
Do you support dedicated IPs?
Yes on higher tiers and Enterprise. Email sales if you need isolation.
Billing
What is the smallest plan?
Dev is £5/mo for 1,000 emails and one sending domain.
