PHPMailer remains a common PHP mail library. Set SMTP mode, host mail.l9s.io, and enable encryption.

Remember DNS

PHPMailer only submits mail — SPF/DKIM/DMARC still live in DNS.

Yes — any SMTP client including PHPMailer works.
